Geomatix partnered with Verdant to build the technology infrastructure powering CRDCU—the Federal Government unit responsible for tracking, monitoring, and ensuring delivery of presidential priority policies, projects, and programmes across all ministries, departments, and agencies.

Coordinating delivery across an entire government

When President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration established CRDCU under Executive Order 12, the mandate was clear: ensure that presidential priorities actually get delivered. But tracking performance across dozens of ministries, departments, and agencies is enormously complex.

Data was fragmented. Reporting was inconsistent. There was no standardized way to measure whether ministries were meeting their deliverables, identify bottlenecks early, or hold leadership accountable for results.

CRDCU needed a central coordination platform—one that could aggregate performance data from across government, enable quarterly assessments, support ministerial reviews, and give citizens visibility into progress on national priorities.

Building infrastructure for accountable governance

Working through our partnership with Verdant, we designed and built a comprehensive delivery tracking system tailored to CRDCU's coordination mandate.

The platform needed to serve multiple audiences: Delivery Managers embedded across MDAs, Delivery Task Teams inside each ministry, CRDCU leadership conducting quarterly reviews, and ultimately Nigerian citizens seeking transparency on government performance.

We took an iterative approach—starting with core tracking infrastructure, then layering in assessment workflows, reporting dashboards, and the citizen-facing application.

The platform has enabled CRDCU to institutionalize a delivery cadence across the federal government—quarterly assessments, technical retreats, and structured engagements with ministers and permanent secretaries. For the first time, there's a systematic approach to tracking whether presidential priorities are being delivered, and citizens have a window into government performance.
